'Believers Today' is an Outreach Organization, founded by Jett Edwards in 2010, with a vast network of human & technological resources, from digital and media technology to musicians, singers, dancers, graphic designers and business owners. Believers Today works actively among the residents of Japan's Tohoku Region, especially in Ishinomaki city, the city ravaged by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan in March 2011 and TopTech actively supports Believers Today in their voluntary activities in the region.

Established in 1970, the ICA (International Computer Association) has grown into one of Japan’s largest, most influential organizations covering Information Technology and Business in Japan. The ICA provides a forum for information exchange, networking, and identification of business expansion opportunities with many of the key movers and shakers in Japan.
